Please Read

Plan A (if it snows and trails are open, obviously this is the preferred option if possible)

Park at Byron Market Place leave 10 am SHARP.
We will have 2 groups-one goes north & the other goes south.
We want to make sure at least one group hits all the sponsors! (finalized the day of the event)
Take your flier and have the sponsor stamp it or sign it and get 5 if possible (WE ARE NOT GOING TO MAKE A BIG DEAL ABOUT IT IF YOU ONLY STOPPED AT A COUPLE ETC)
Meet @ Bears Den @ 5PM for social hour and turn in your flier/buy a raffle ticket for $10.
Bears Den will have a buffet set up for us that we can buy for around $8.00 (to be determined by Bears Den)
At 6 pm, we will be giving away the door prizes.
50% of the proceeds will be giving to Channel One Food Shelf.
There will also be Karaoke starting after the door prizes!

Plan B (If the grass is turning green and the tulips are popping out of the ground = no snow)

The show must go on!
We will still have the party/fund raiser at Bears Den starting at 5 pm.
We will still hope for a big turnout for the event since we can't ride.
We will not worry about how many sponsors everyone stopped at, it's all about being a fund raiser for Channel One!
